Making the most of the beautiful countryside we’re set in, we use local seafood, Devon meat and local game (when available). Our chef, who worked in high-class hotels and Michelin Star restaurants around the world, gives our regularly changing menu a taste of the Mediterranean and a hint of world cooking. We only use the best ingredients available and try to look after our customers in a way which represents how we ourselves would like to be treated, with an emphasis on details, which will make your visit to the Barrel memorable for all the right reasons.
